It's all about yummy food. I have been there multiple times. The liver kabob was quite an experience!!! I have only used take out so hard to tell about service and noise.

Solid beef kebab. Clean rice, good veggies. Simple 15 dollar meal. Very nice workers. I like the saffron drink.
