Saint Mark's School offers a program for the academic, social, emotional and spiritual needs of the children and is located in Altadena, Calif. Its preschool program includes daily children s activities and programs to develop positive relationships with peers and adults. Its elementary student s curriculum includes reading, writing, mathematics, science and history. It also offers classes in Spanish, art, technology, expository writing, music, library skills and physical education by resource specialists. It takes students on a tall-ship adventure, visit nation s capital and the east coast and sixth graders spend a week on an outdoor science program on the Big Island of Hawaii. Its Lazy Lion camp experiences include outdoor exploration, creative art opportunities, group games, cooking, music and movement and other activities.
