Sold me the wrong pressure switch and refused to exchange it. I needed a 90psi low end and 120psi high end switch and they sold me a 160psi low end and 320psi high end switch, obviously too high...

I took a pressure washer in for warranty repair. 2.5 weeks later they haven't even looked at it. I picked it up and took it to another repair shop. I will not do business with NB Sales again.
