Growing up on a midwestern farm gives one a specific perspective in life. One where I learned to work hard, be honest, friendly, respectful, and kind to one another. We helped each other, and a handshake was all that was needed for a commitment. While the mortgage industry requires more than a handshake, I still work on the principles that I grew up with though helping individuals and families achieve their dream of home ownership.I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Consultant and with an economics degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. With over 2 decades of experience I provide accurate and detailed advice to current and potential home owners across the country. The personal service and communication that I provide, coupled with my responsiveness and attention to detail, allows for you to have peace of mind and confidence in the home buying and refinancing process.While we have extensive experience in many types of home loans, we are passionate about the help that we provide military families and veterans take advantage of the unique home finance benefits for them. Investors also seek our advice knowing that I have had over 3 decades of personal experience owning rental properties.Outside of the office, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, and snow & water skiing. My wife Marsha and I have been married over 30 years and enjoy spending time with our 3 adult children and traveling in our RV and off roading in our Jeep.
