Can't speak much about the grocery.. I'm sure it's more pricey but you have options if you're dealing with food/ingredient intolerances... with that being said, the deli is *chef's kiss*...

Beautiful store and we'll organized. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of their produce is superb and fresh. It's a bit pricey but well worth it.
