In my opinion, this is actually one of the best places to live in Orange County -- in Newport Bluffs. It's a great complex with convenient parking, a beautiful large pool, and reasonable prices....

Although move in was rough, everything did get sorted out eventually. They painted the cabinets and replaced the bulbs. They also fixed the fans. Still, it should've been done before move in.
