Obelisco Restaurant

History

Obelisco Restaurant originally started under the business name Taco Grill. We moved across the street to a larger space. We are the same restaurant, with the same management, menu, and hours. Why did we change our name? Leticia Chavez (owner) Changed her business name in honor of her mother Angelina, who has passed. Angelina owned a Mexican restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Leticia worked in the family business at a young age and was thought how to run a restaurant business by her mother. The Obelisco flower was her mother's favorite flower. She loved it so much she use to eat it.
