I'm impressed by how quick it was to get an oil change. I was in and out within 20min. Eric, the manager, offered me a water or soda to drink as I wait for the service. He walked me step by step...

Best management practice in the Bay Area. When you get offered a beverage while waiting in line that's a huge plus! Also the expertise and clarity on exactly what my truck needs is awesome!
