Triad Tool, founded by William P. Wichelhaus and owned continuously by the Wichelhaus family since 1933 (4th generation currently in place), is a vertically integrated contract manufacturer specializing in close tolerance CNC precision machining. Included within Triad's technically contemporary equipment is our CNC Turning Department; WEDM (5 axis machines with auto-thread, essential for 24/7 capability); Abrasive Water Jet; and an extensive Tool room, which supports our sophisticated fixture and tooling requirements. CMM's up to 48"x100" travels with fully programmable heads and auto-tip changing feature, complement our machining capabilities.
