If you rent books from this store, be super careful with them. A minor damage will not be accepted. Save your money and try amazon or chegg. They are not as picky on minor damages

They make up their own hours. Don't update the websites and do NOT answer their phones. Give you a return date on days they are closed. Driving all the way into Oxnard for the store to be closed 4...

They will not accept a return on a digital book if you use the access code even once... but the original (book) vendor will. How does that figure? They make it harder on you than it needs to be...

I was there from 2013-2016 and the staff was all super nice and helpful, the manager was always very on point! I'd recommend this bookstore 10 times over.
