I've lived here for 5 years and it's truly a ghetto. Everything in the place is made cheap and constantly breaks from cabinets to fixtures to water failing from pipes above.... not once...not...

Jose replaced our flickering kitchen lightbulb in 3 minutes. The old one had been flickering and making a crackling noise, so we were afraid to turn it on. Thank you!
