Pal Joeys is the sickest dive bar still left in San Diego. Red, Kylie and Jude are absolutely amazing. When Red works, the vibe is completely different- such a fun time and it's always going up....

They charge $13 for a 394 beer!!. Avoid this place. Gouging like I've never seen for a dive bar.

The place is a dump. Only one bartender was working so it took forever to get drinks. A few regulars just hanging out gave an unwelcoming vibe. I wouldn't frequent this bar again.

Weird spot. Weird crowd. Bartender was drunk or on something. Great for over the age of 65. Felt like I was in a retirement home
