I went in and the lady was counting the amount of chicken she put on my plate and when I opened my plate it looked as if I had already ate out of it ... I love panda but for the price I should be...

Service was mediocre. Small portions. Bathrooms are dirty. There was no toilet paper or soap. This was my first time here and will most likely be my last.
