Papachay Coffee Estate, located in the middle of the rain forest at 4100 feet above sea level in Villa Rica, Peru. What makes our coffee unique is the combination of the high elevation, less, is shade gown,coffee bushes grow under the native canopy of trees, replacing only the forest floor undergrowth, because of that the ecosystem remains healthy and self-sustaining no pesticides or fertilizers are used in our coffee plantation, hand picked and sun dried. We harvest each year approx. 40,000 pounds and all the coffee is shipped to our roasting facility here in San Carlos, California.To guarantee the freshest beans, we the roast is done in small baches upon request.

Stop by after seeing it driving by earlier in the week - always in the game for good coffee. Got the dark roast and a beef empanada. Empanada was tasty and the dark roast was spot on.
