I would give zero. The place is overpriced. It wouldn't even fill up a balloon I brought in, saying it's a policy couldn't do same day due to not having enough staff. FYI, I would have paid any...

Wayyyyy overpriced it's one thing if that's what things actually cost but yesterday two number balloons were $27.99 a piece !!! On Amazon they are $2.99 a piece even hobby lobby is way less...
