Pasadena Building System & Fleet

The Pasadena Building and Fleet Maintenance Division oversees the maintenance and repair of several city facilities and vehicles, as well as ensures their safety. The division also performs a variety of construction, structural revision and remodeling projects. Its services include carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and other related maintenance work. The Pasadena Building and Fleet Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance, repair and disposal of the city s fleet of more than 900 vehicles and other equipment. In addition, the division provides security services at various city buildings and community centers. It administers a housekeeping program that includes cleanliness services. The division is a part of the Pasadena Department of Public Works, which operates through engineering and capital projects divisions.
