So relaxing, easy process every time, knowledgeable staff! Love their saunas, cold plunge and red light therapy.

Contrast therapy 60 minutes. Do it! It's a great way to decompress and get some extra tlc to your body when you're sore or tired. I've also gotten IV therapy and done the float tank as well!
