Lindsey had always wanted to be a vet, but after almost fainting after the sight of blood, she knew she needed a different venue for working with animals. Enter Dog Training and the beginning of Paws and Praise Dog Training. She now gets to work with select clients on dog behavior modification and is in love with her work!

Paws and Praise Dog Training- Training Your Dog to Be the Companion You Want. We work with you to train your dog to be a better companion, whether that is working on the exuberant one or helping the shy one. We use positive reinforcement and never any pain. No choke collars, shock collars or leash jerks with us! We want you, and your dog, to enjoy the training process. Paws and Praise Dog Training offers a 1.5 hour class and training for expecting parents and grandparents who want to prepare their dog for life after the baby arrives. Classes are held in various locations throughout the East Bay and training is done in your home. We also specialize in helping shy and fearful dogs become more relaxed and happy companions.
