Yeah I broke down and bought a couple 1# bags. Not fatty anymore but very tough. Good flavor but both bags were full of sinews and tendons. For the price I expect better.

Their Carne Seca is beyond delicious. Nothing else comes close! I've been getting it for years. We like to buy several pounds at a time and then store in vacuum packed mason jars.

This jerky is so salty it burned my mouth. They claimed to be old fashioned but you couldn't survive two days in the outback with that stuff... Contacted customer service and got no reply....
