I've been waiting on a replacement pair of glasses that broke, it has been 5 weeks and they have not called me. I try calling them and leave a message and never get a return call.

I give this location three stars because the Dr is amazing and explains in detail. He also answers any and all questions you may have. The staff on the other hand is rude at times. It takes them...
