Pet Rescue Solutions, founded in 2012 and located in South El Monte, California, began as a provider of affordable pet tags but evolved into a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming cats and dogs. PET RESCUE SOLUTIONS IN EL MONTE is staffed by the kindest and most caring people . We had the best experience working with them and the lowest adoption fees of any rescue for miles around....
