A Very quiet neighborhood and pleasant! Neighbors are friendly/respectful. HOA is responsive to any concerns. I'm glad they finally hired a new younger plummer, HUGE PLUS!

A decent, tucked away community. The complex is pretty old, and definately shows it, but it's quiet and has a beautiful environment. I'd say the biggest complaint that I have is the HOA here...
