One star off for the couple of broken treadmills but I really like the location and the fact that it's open 24 hrs. It's really busy at around 8 am though but overall it's a good experience everytime.

Gym wise, PF pasadena is okay. Staff are friendly and they always clean. However, once you start to cancel your membership, that's when it gets annoying. I've been on hold for over 12 minutes now...
