California Cider Company, owned by Jeffrey House, is one of the largest specialty beer and cider marketing companies in the United States. The firm sells Ace brand of fermented ciders. Its flagship brand, Ace Apple is made with pure apple juice. The company s premium fermented cider, Ace Perry cider is one of the first commercially produced and distributed pear cider in California, made from a base of pure apple juice.
