I called this DHL service point beforehand to confirm the pickup schedule and was assured DHL comes daily before 3:30 pm. Based on that information, I dropped off my package Wednesday morning....

This place is dishonest. Wanted to overcharge me for a Live Scan . I went to another location and it was less that one third of the price. I wouldn't trust this place to handle my packages ....
