HistoryMy partner, who unfortunately passed away 2 years ago, and I started this business 26 years ago. We began by cleaning out and securing foreclosed properites all over Southern California from Lancaster to San Diego. We grew slowly over the next couple of years adding 3 guys to our crew. We incorporated the business in 1985 and acquired my general contractor's license a year later. We worked out of my house the first year then moved our operations to a leased location in La Crescenta. We moved again in 2009 to our current location. We currently have a crew of 5 plus Toni, my secretary, who runs the office. She's out this week cause she hurt her ankle saving a cocker spaniel who got out of a yard and was completely disoriented wandering around a highly travelled street (Foothill Blvd). We offer complete interior and exterior remodeling work. We also do additions to your existing homes. If you just need a small job done, like replacing a light fixture or unstopping a drain line, we do that too with a friendly service call.
