they were fine for the first little while... but now they do not deliver when they say they will AND this week we had 9 empty bottles for them to take and had ordered just one new one -- they left...

These people are AWFUL. If you want to pay $140+ for water then be my guest. I try and cancel twice, offer great deals, 50% off then don't stick to it So after a 3rd time, you're out. Got my bill...
