Primrose Natural Skincare started out as 'Skincare specialties' in a small treatment room belonging to the fondly remembered Gaia Tree - Hayes Valley's original natural beauty boutique. After Gaia Tree closed in 2007 'Skincare specialties' moved to its current location on Laguna Street in Hayes Valley.

At Primrose Natural Skincare we take a natural approach to skincare & beauty. In facial treatments we use two all natural skincare lines that are both woman owned and local to the Bay Area.

Maiko was very professional and kind. My wax was pretty painless in comparison to previous waxes. The space is comforting, clean, and convenient. Highly recommend!
