Called ahead, spoke to a "manager" named Sean. Told me to come in right away since there was availability and that my dog would be out in 90 minutes. Walk in within 15 min of the phone call...

Had another great experience! Called same day and asked if I could do a same day wash. Bo said come right in! My dog son looked so fresh walking out of Puppy House! Than you Bo and all the groomers!
