History

The goal of starting this academy was to educate clients on understanding the elements of self defense.Through my experience most martial arts/self defense locations teach specific styles for different reasons; sport, discipline, tradition, theatrical, and many more. In seeing this I sought out to find a more well-rounded self-defense system. My mission is to give people the knowledge and understanding of what self defense training should consist of. To give principles for self protection, developing skills for situational awareness, and learning body mechanics that create results against the assailant.
