I hate this place because you sign in on a computer screen instead of with a receptionist. The phlebotomists are friendly and competent but I can't stand the post apocalyptic vibe of the waiting room.

Im already working hard for my reimbursement and I just left the lab. Quest employee wouldn't take my Medicare supplement; they were supposed to take it. Now I'm over $300 poorer. Their billing...

Again I scheduled an appointment and again they are running 30-45 minutes behind. I hate that these places think that my time has no value.

Took my 2 year old for his first blood draw and they were really sweet. I was so stresssd about how it would go but I felt like I could really trust the care we were receiving. Thank u!

3rd time trying for some basic bloodwork with appointments two of the times. Dont bother drop in. Second time they were an hour behind and i had to leave. Third time running way behind and look...
