We handcraft every chocolate bar in this chocolate factory and shop from scratch - from cocoa beans - and go through 14 steps to turn the raw cocoa beans to finished chocolate bar. Our name is a combination of my sons' names: Raphael and Rio - combined to be Raphio Chocolate. The mission of the company is evolved around the pure and real chocolate that I feed to my own children. That said, we welcome everyone to come and visit us. We offer chocolate factory tour and tasting where you and guests are invited to touch the beans, smell the nibs, taste chocolate from chocolate grinder and sample various chocolate we handcraft.

When we walked in, we were not acknowledged or greeted. We ordered a hot chai tea and a white chocolate, but neither drink was hot at all.
