Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Agent was raising his voice and very rude. Stay away Only one star because I had to check at least one!

Update: Jayride did refund the money. They are the referral company...and at least did what was right. However, Rapid Shuttle NEVER got back in touch with us. I hope that by sharing this...

DO NOT USE RAPID SHUTTLE! I called this company well in advance from Auckland to confirm they could pick up an international flight AND to see if they could provide a car seat for my 2 1/2 year...
