Rebecca Roy, PhD MFT

History

Dr. Roy is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and has been in private practice since 2006. She works with a number of issues (see below), however, her passion lies in working with actors, creatives and athletes (she is am a former U.S. Olympic Team coach). Because of her background, she has a unique, positive approach to psychotherapy. Dr. Roy will work with you to discover the root cause of your issues using a combination of awareness and concrete solutions. Emotional problems blocking your path to success and your quality of life are lifted and new, healthier choices can be made. She works within a set of objectives, created together with the patient, to maximize this approach. Dr. Roy works with adults, adolescents, individuals and couples. She also provides forensic evaluations (child custody) and is an expert witness.
