HistorySoCal Fit Assist was created to provide high quality on-site fitness services to small-medium sized groups. Additionally, the SoCal Fit Camp was designed to help clients reach their fitness goals. Co-Owners Rachel Bocchino & Heather Richard have been certified my the National Academy of Sports Medicine for Personal Training, and hold a number of additional fitness certifications.SpecialtiesSoCal Fit Assist offers a wide range of fitness assistance programs.We run an outdoor Fit Camp at Bluff Park in Long Beach designed to help our clients reach their fitness goals quickly and efficiently. We also design customized health and wellness programs and on-site Fit Camps for individuals, small-medium sized business, organizations, and groups.
