Brothers Phil and Ray Roland had operated a successful sandwich shop in town back in the 80's, after many years they decided to get back together and give it another go.Now, along with Rays wife Suzanne, and Phils girlfriend Jennifer,they are running Rolands bakery and bistro.

Rolands bakery specializes in fresh baked breads, pastries and bagels, the bistro offers a fresh healthy menu of salads, sandwiches and soups all made in house. We love what we do and want all of our customers to have a wonderful experience when they visit.
