Some of the reviews are baffling. Complaints are about routine "procedures" in every Ross I've been to, and I've been to probably 2 dozen different Ross stores. Carts cannot leave the store....

Two dressing rooms and only two cashiers that have no sense of urgency. If I didn't need these pants for work, I would have left.
