Still can't give more than 1 star for Ross. The company has the capacity to look up your credit card purchases with them for a return, yet they will not. I had items to return purchased 6 days...

I'm not in that store 2 minutes when I'm being hounded like a piece of trash...not everyone is stealing you ignorant clowns...they even faked doing inventory...next time don't make it so obvious...
