I had a great experience when I went with my friends. The worker was kind and very helpful when I asked if he could turn the AC higher in our room. Systems have youtube so you can search any song

Was charged an 18% gratuity without prior notice for having a group of 5. Did not appreciate a hidden fee/tip especially considering they did nothing but walk us to our room.

They placed us in a VIP room which costs more than the regular room, this was done without asking us. Then we were automatically charged a $30 tip. They cared more about money than actual service.
