Rubicon Pizza Co. was established in 2007 and is the sister restaurant of Fireside Pizza Co. In Squaw Valley, CA and Base Camp Pizza Co. In South Lake Tahoe, CA. We specialize in Californian styled pizza dishes but also brush the palette on a wide variety of pastas, salads, beers, wines, and desserts. Fantastic dinner here. We chanced on Rubicon when in North lake Tahoe a few weeks back and had a great dinner.. we'll definitely come back again! We tried the roasted vegetables with goat cheese...

I very much enjoyed our dinner at Rubicon Pizza. There was live music playing which added to the ambiance. The garlic bread with cheese, the apple pecan salad and the spaghetti were all delicious....
