If they would clean up the mold in the rooms, get rid of the homeless people sleeping under the stairs, and run off the prostitutes and get rid of the druggies that hang out in the parking lot...

Canceled a reservation successfully 7 days before they charged me for a no show full night rate. Have been calling non stop and they just pick up and hang up. Unprofessional to say the least.
