The scooter was ready when I arrived at the Disneyland hotel, very easy to pick up and very easy to drop off at the bell services when ready to leave had no problems with the scooter.

I again rented one for two days and the first night towards the end of the night the battery started flashing  red - luckily I got back to my hotel because good luck trying to charge the scooter...

I am so disappointed, I have rented strollers from other companies and never had an issue but I decided to rent from this company and it will be my last. They do not care about their equipment...
