History

We helped our own parents when it came to downsizing and transitioning to a new living situation as they got older. There was a great deal involved and now we have the understanding and experience to help others in the same situations. We have been through a lot of different experiences both personally and professionally. Our expertise can be advantageous to you and your family.

Specialties

Senior Transitions is a FREE placement service to families to help them find the right living situation for their elderly parents. With over nine years of experience, we understand the needs of the client and their families. Whether it is a smaller board and care home or a larger assisted living or memory care community - we are knowledgeable about all options in the area.We have done placements at Crestavilla, Aegis, Atria etc as well as dozens of Board and Care communities. We get to know the needs of the client, the budget and their preferences before we recommend any community. We are not a listing service and only recommend facilities we have visited and vetted. We also follow up with our placements to see how things are going after the placement. Our goal is to be an advocate for the client and their families I am also a member of the National Care Planning Council and OC Senior Networking. Both of these organizations enable me to help families with senior placement and other senior related issues nationwide. Please contact me to help you and your family.
