Horrible! I called multiple times. Left messages for at least a call back and nothing! No one bothers to call me back. They are working but rather claim unemployment apparently.

Valerie is amazing. I always feel comfortable with her cutting my hair. She can usually get me in within a few days of notice. She also works on Saturday's which is very convenient.
