Our organization has had a dedicated task force in place since February which has met regularly to formulate a plan to deal with COVID-19. Our focus continues to be patient safety, employee safety with the use of personal protective equipment, and resource allocation. All employees must complete a mandatory self-screening to disclose any symptoms to help us keep our patients and staff safe.As of March 20, 2020, we are not allowing visitors. This applies to all off-site facilities as well. There are a few exceptions to this rule, which can be found on our website. Medical assistant who did intake and took vitals did not wash their hands prior to or after doing so, very disgusting. And our doctor gave us false information that is on the discharge paperwork...

Horrible care! Everyone has a UTI & everyone doesn't need to be there. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who asked. I've had way too many experiences with the medical staff not caring...

Was there and within 30 minutes I was taken to the back for X-rays, Iabs and urine and was sent to the lobby to wait for results. SIX and a half hours later I was seen just to be told your alright...
