I went in to go from black to a very dark brown maybe one shade lighter she bleached and fried my hair off left the salon with hair falling out and my hair color wasn't even close to brown it was...

LOOK AT my roots! Not happy!! I had a feeling this woukd happen cause I was concerned she wasn't covering my roots down to my scalp...but I said nothing. What a horrible experience!
