We have been here on a few occasions. The place seems a bit small but maybe that's just because it's a popular establishment for birthday parties. The staff is well trained and the place seems clean.

Great Sky Zone! Clean, friendly front desk people, big playing areas- tons for the kids to do- from toddlers to adults. Avoid the Monterey Road location in San Jose.
