If you use sol expect to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes after their 30-minute window of pickup time. I schedule pickups from work at 4:00 and most days they get here at 5:00 sometimes closer to 5:30.

Office experience was terrible. I called and they noted they didn't have a location at the address noted herein to avoid helping me. They did not give me the correct number and ignored my concerns.
