Overall I'd say Sombrero is a solid choice for Mexican food in the Carmel Mountain area. The big plus is they are open late until midnight because everything else in the area closes at 9 or 10pm....

Burrito was super yummy. Tacos were decent. Salsa bar was very handy, loved that concept. Service was friendly.

So far everything I've had is good! Veggie burrito has everything that I like and the tortilla is really soft, even when the burrito is cold. The ham breakfast taco is great too! Service is quick....
