The Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance is dedicated to supporting youth in the Sonoma Valley by providing one-on-one mentoring programs that address both social and emotional needs. Since its inception in 1996, the program has paired countless school children with caring adult mentors, achieving a remarkable 100% high school graduation rate over the past five years. With professionally-staffed Mentor Centers located at all K-12 public school campuses and additional support for local charter and private schools, the alliance empowers 325 students by fostering long-term relationships between mentors and mentees. Through dedicated mentorship and enrichment activities, the organization aims to equip young individuals with the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in their future educational and career endeavors.
